Suggested infusion spirits for Piña are Vodka or Light Rum.
2 oz. Piña infusion
6 oz. Pressed coconut water
Pour Piña infusion and coconut water into shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
Optional: Garnish with a cherry, lemon peel and pineapple.
