Ingredients:

Will need a Cocktail Mixing Set:

1 egg white per drink

Sugar (1 teaspoon more for sweeter outcome)

1oz freshly squeezed lime juice

2oz “Paradise Picante” or “Spicy Margarita” infused w tequila, vodka or mezcal

½ oz water

Instructions:

Add above ingredients to the metal mixer

Cover with glass mixer and dry-shake vigorously 

Separate mixers, add ice

Shake again

 You can serve it on the rocks or strain it into a fancy Margarita glass or favorite glass of choice.

4 dashes of Angostura Bitters 

 For a Flavored Rim: 

Rim the glass with half “Tajin” and/or smoked paprika

(If you like it a little sweeter, Rim the other half off the glass with sugar.)
